These terms apply to homeshieldlending.com and to text messages from HomeShield Lending, a division of HomeShield Mortgage, LLC (NMLS #2516887) ("we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to them.

Text message (SMS) terms

• Program. HomeShield Lending sends text messages about your loan request, such as follow-ups on your scenario, scheduling, document requests and loan updates.
• Consent. You'll receive texts only if you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, for example by checking the consent box on our quote form. Consent isn't a condition of any loan.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (502) 586-2882 or nick@homeshieldmortgage.com.
• Carriers. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We don't share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Business-purpose loans only

HomeShield Lending offers business-purpose loans for non-owner-occupied investment property. They are not consumer mortgages and can't be used for a home you or your family live in. For a primary residence, visit HomeShield Mortgage.

Rates, terms and examples on this site are for qualified borrowers, vary by program, credit, experience, property and state, and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer, approval or commitment to lend. Loans are subject to underwriting, appraisal and final approval. Programs aren't available in every state; see where we lend.
